Program guidelines

You must contribute all of the required down payment. Gift down payments are allowed for FHA buyers

Available to first time home buyers and repeat buyers

Minimum purchase price $200,000

Property type must be a Single Family Home, Condo or Townhome

You must qualify for an FHA, VA or Conventional loan,

Unlike similar programs there are no income limitations

HBA can apply benefits thru our approved Broker/Agent and Financial Institution/Lender

No Bankruptcies or Foreclosures within the last two years
